During this work stage, the concept design is firmed up, final plans are agreed and the Scope of Works is created and agreed.
Spatial Coordination and Planning
The agreed scheme technical design is produced and the project is now ready for costing and tendering.
Technical Design and Tender
The works are delivered to an agreed timescale and agreed budget. Ongoing design matters, technical drawings and all approvals complete the physical package.
