David Tinson
Starting out in Design and Build as an assistant contracts manager over 30 years ago, David’s experience now encompasses a vast cross section of the construction industry.
From designing and building new build offices and houses, to end user direct office fit out and cut and carve refurbishment projects, David has a keen eye for design and detail. Those attributes are uppermost in his list of essential qualities to ensure a successful project outcome, whatever the size, large or small.

Rob Spencer
Rob joined the construction industry in 1986 and trained as a quantity surveyor, developing his career with a National Contractor until professional status was achieved through membership of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Rob performs all duties that projects demand, including tendering and pricing, surveying, financial budgeting, forecasts and controls systems through to successful handover and final completion.

Martin Overington
Martin started his career as a quantity surveyor and quickly moved into construction management specialising in prestige commercial and residential construction.
As a founding partner of the Stenball Group of companies, Martin’s philosophy embraces and enhances exceptional construction quality through honesty and hard work. His attitude towards the culture of the business has filtered through to all levels of the Stenball team encouraging personnel development wherever possible, resulting in an industry beating and exceptional level of staff retention.

Steve Kitney
Steve is registered with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has been with the company for over 10 years and oversees financial strategy and management for all of the Stenball group companies. Based with the head office team, he says the favourite part of his role is helping others to help the company run seamlessly.

Carl Alford
With over 30 years of experience in Surveying, Construction, Interior Design, and Architecture, Carl excels at connecting conceptual design with practical, buildable solutions. As Project Director, he adopts a consultative approach that adds value to every project and fosters long-term client relationships. With a strong commercial focus, Carl engages clients from the project's outset to translate their visions into reality. Leading the team to create unique, compliant environments on time and within budget, consistently exceeding client expectations.
