Revitalised Grade 2 Listed office building with a clever, budget-friendly design - softening its appearance, introducing oak planters, trendy signage, and enhancing overall aesthetics
The external appearance was not in keeping with the ambience that our client’s required for this important Grade 2 Listed office building.
Our clever but simple design has softened the presence of the building and brought it in line with adjacent similarly aged properties. We replaced modern pavers and precast concrete bollards with a tastefully created oak planter design complete with architectural grade shrubs and an automatic watering system. Along with the simple addition of ‘on trend’ new signage; cleaned up brick work and redecoration the end result has transformed the look and feel of the property.
The constant positive comments by local passers-by is testament to a successful outcome and shows what can be achieved for a relatively small budget but with a great architectural design model.
