A complete restructuring of the old riverside Remington offices in the Staines-upon-Thames area was required, transforming the old into the new.

A roof extension was installed onto Waterman’s house, creating over 2,000 sq ft of additional office space at a fraction of the development yield value. The old sea scout building was turned into desirable offices overlooking the Thames, subsequently leased to Handelsbanken UK. The ferryman’s marina and dock were transformed into a waterside recreation area with new berthing, complete with a floating office.

A courtyard development of three commercial office buildings including the floating office in the marina, totalling over 10,000 Sq.ft.
